Guidelines for Submission of Final Manuscript
If you have received acceptance of paper mail from EDAS.
1. submit E-copyright
- On your paper page, Click on © near copyright

Click on IEEE copyright submission
- Follow steps below by clicking start button
- Select below when prompted after you verify details – not affiliated with any group on this list.
2. Pass your paper though IEEE PDFxPRESS
- 2026 IEEE Technology & Engineering Management Conference - Asia Pacific (TEMSCON-ASPAC)
- Before Creating a PDF - Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
- Creating your PDF eXpress Account
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress® site
- First-time users should do the following:
- 1. Create Account
- 2. Enter the following:
- 69489X for the Conference ID
- your email address and a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent
- verifying your account setup.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same
- password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
- Contacting PDF eXpress Support
- Access the IEEE Support Center for IEEE PDF eXpress.
- If you do not find an answer to your question on the IEEE Support Center, please email PDFSupport@ieee.org.
3. Verify final manuscript with standard IEEE format. Add authors in final manuscript. Template: Authors are required to use the IEEE Standard manuscript template (A4 size, two-column format). Download Templates here.
4. Prepare answers to reviewers comments, save as pdf.
5. One of the author should register for the conference. Pay registration fees mentioned at TEMSCON-ASPAC 2026 - Registration. Fill registration form available at TEMSCON-ASPAC 2026 - Registration, attach fees receipt, answers to reviewers comments, IEEE membership card/certificate, IEEE TEMS Society certificate, Student ID card and submit. Also pay for additional pages if applicable.
6. Submit final manuscript passed through IEEE PDFXpress and upload at edas by clicking symbol below final manuscript
7. prepare presentation and submit it to drive. Link will be available on TEMSCON-ASPAC 2026 - Registration.
8. Papers which are not following IEEE guidelines for Similarity, AI Check, formatting and not presented in conference will not be published by IEEE Xplore.

- NO-SHOW AND ORIGINALITY POLICY
- Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on “NO-SHOW”. The IEEE has implemented policies to exclude authors who do not present their paper from further distribution of their publication, such as exclusion from IEEE Xplore. Therefore, one of the authors or their representatives MUST present the paper at the event.
- Papers that have >30% similarity index will be rejected.
- PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING POINTS:
- Author List: Ensure that the list of authors is correct and accurately listed in the manuscript. Follow the exact format specified in the IEEE template.
- Abstract and Keywords: The abstract and keywords should be in bold as per the IEEE template.
- Figure and Table Captions: Verify that figure captions are placed below the figures. Ensure table captions are placed above the tables. Please check and follow the template formatting strictly.
- References : Ensure all references are mentioned in the text accordingly. The font size for references should be 8. Follow the exact format as per the provided template.
